Besides the different configurations for lamp wattage and fulfillment sizing UV lamps come many different lamp sizes and base types. Sometimes you may not know the type or manufacture of your lamp for this we have the lamp type and connector type charts to help in finding the correct lamp.

For sizing it is the full length of the glass tube (minus the end connector) and the width of the the lamp that matters for sizing. Then is the matter of deciding which end connector that you use.

For the next info needed is to read the specifications on the ballast nameplate which will give

• Manufacture and / or part number

• Ballast wattage

• Ballast Amps

• Ballast Voltage

By adding the info together we can find the correct lamp type for your needs. Importance to detail is crucial, for instance the lamp wattage has to match the ballast wattage otherwise the lamp will have performance issues.
